Institutional Impacts on Neighborhoods

Submitted by Phil Poe on Tue, 07/07/2009 - 7:03am.

As Raleigh has grown, the Five Points community has seen major expansions of schools and churches. With the increase in activity at these institutions, neighborhoods are finding it more difficult to cope with traffic, parking, noise and lighting issues. To ensure institutions don't do irreparable damage to our neighborhoods, the City needs to rethink regulations for institutions.
